Ingredients
3 cups milk of choice*
1 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp sweetener of choice*
2 tsp vanilla extract
Topping: Greek yogurt and summer berries
Instructions
Step 1
Add milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla to a bowl. Mix until combined.
Step 2
Portion equally into 5 containers.
Step 3
 Add a dollop of Greek yogurt and top with seasonal fruit.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 6 hours.
Note: I used coconut milk and honey. This recipe will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
