Ingredients
12oz cranberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 orange, juice and zest
¼ cup water
1 cinnamon stick
1 spring of fresh rosemary
Instructions
Step 1
Combine cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, water, sugar, cinnamon stick, and rosemary spring in a medium pan.
Step 2
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer uncovered for 10 mins.
Step 3
Remove the cinnamon stick and discard. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate until chilled.
