Ingredients
5 mini cucumbers, sliced 1 bunch of radishes, sliced
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 stalks of spring onion, chopped
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 lemon, juiced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp honey
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl make dressing. Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey and salt & pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl add cucumbers, radishes, fresh dill and spring onion.
Step 3
Add dressing and mix to combine. Top with extra dill, serve and enjoy!
Note: This salad is best served fresh!
