
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sprinkles
Instructions
Step 1
Add the butter and sugars to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Step 2
Add the egg and vanilla and stir until just combined.
Step 3
Sift in flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix on low speed until just combined. Add sprinkles and mix until dispersed in the dough.
Step 4
Form into balls measuring 1/4 cup or weighing 60g each. Arrange on two parchment-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate dough balls 10 mins while preheating the oven to 350F.
Step 5
Bake for 10 mins, let cool and enjoy!
Note: Make ahead and freeze in a resealable bag for up to 1 month.
